Description of the class:
In this class emphasis is placed on floor work. After a simple warm up and stretching exercises, we start with the basics of floor technique: slides, crawls. From here we broaden our range of movement, and focus on how we enter the floor and how to get away from it. We break down these transitions and look into their logic, so they will become physically easy to access.
*Knee pads required.
