Jade Tamura

Jade Tamura is a yoga teacher specializing in Ayur Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation and Abhyanga massage.


After many years of experience teaching people from all walks of life, her passion is to help you find the tools to feel in harmony with your body and mind. Find confidence, insight, well-being and deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.


Working with the body has always fascinated her. Jade believes in the power of connection and collaboration - and that we can be our own best healers by listening to our bodies and honoring the wisdom within. The ancient Indian philosophy of yoga and ayurveda is well known for its transformative effects.


It was with Joyson Rozario (Ayurvedic practitioner - trainer and teacher of Ayur Yoga) that Jade decided to deepen her knowledge of Yoga with a first training of 500 hours (in the tradition of "Shishya Parampara", direct transmission from master to student, in all aspects of Yoga: posture, breathing, meditation, nutrition and philosophy in 2017.


Then she trained in meditation and Yoga Nidra in 2018, as well as in Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage in 2020, again with Joyson whose rich and authentic teaching she appreciates. She has been organizing regular workshops and courses with him since 2018.


Jade proposes a traditional and dynamic yoga, which allows to find vitality and serenity while gently. Beyond any acrobatics or physical prowess, Ayur Yoga is a discipline that adapts to each person, according to their own abilities or difficulties, from the most beginner to the most experienced.


Relaxation, mantra, pranayama (breathing), stretching, asana (postures), meditation... Ayuryoga is an authentic, simple and pure yoga whose regular practice allows to find a good general balance. It helps to detoxify and reoxygenate the whole body. It strengthens muscles, joints, tissues, the immune system and acts on the nervous system, stress, fatigue, migraines and depression.
